These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern Your use of the Sunrise mobile application (the "Service") operated by Sunrise Enterprises, Shop 1-2, Near HDFC Bank, BH Road, Gowribidanur, Karnataka, India ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our").
By downloading, accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Accounts and Registration
- To place orders You must register an account using a valid mobile number and provide accurate, complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account.
- An account may only be used on one device at a time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.
2. Orders, Pricing and Availability
- All products listed on the Service are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration and may differ from the actual item.
- Prices shown in the app are set by the store and may change without notice. The price applicable to Your order is the price shown at the time of order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order — for example, when an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or the delivery address is outside our service area. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.
3. Delivery
- Delivery is available only within the areas served by Sunrise Enterprises. Delivery times shown in the app are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or high demand.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided. Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient may be cancelled.
4. Payments
- Payment can be made through the payment methods offered in the app at checkout.
- By providing a payment method You confirm that You are authorised to use it. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms.
5. Rewards and Referrals
- Reward points and referral benefits are promotional in nature, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- We may modify, suspend or withdraw the rewards or referral programme at any time. Points obtained through misuse or fraudulent referrals may be revoked.
6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

- Customers can cancel orders before they are packed for delivery. Once packed or out for delivery, customer cancellation is no longer available.
- If You receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item, contact Us within 24 hours of delivery and We will replace the item or refund the amount, at Our discretion.
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, dairy, etc.) can only be returned at the time of delivery.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts;
- use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, text and software, is the property of Sunrise Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without Our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunrise Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from Your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect and use Your information.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of Your account at any time by contacting Us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
